WORSHIP PASTOR

We are looking for a Worship Pastor to help shape and lead a growing culture of 24/7 prayer and worship.
At Christ Church Peckham, worship is central to who we are. It shapes our Sundays, fuels our prayer life, and underpins how we follow Jesus together. We are seeking someone who is passionate about worship, that is spiritually alive, theologically rooted, and who is excited about getting stuck into the life of the church.
We are looking for an experienced musician who loves leading worship, both vocally and instrumentally, and is at ease in planned and spontaneous settings. This role is for someone with a deep love for Jesus, a strong theological understanding of worship and prayer, and a heart to disciple, develop, and pastor othersKey responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating worship across Sunday services, midweek gatherings, and special eventsPreparing song lists, playlists, and worship content aligned with the church’s vision and teaching themesCoordinating worship rotas, rehearsals, and team meetings Recruiting, leading, developing, and pastorally supporting worship team volunteersWorking with the Operations Manager and Pastoral Lead to strengthen team structures and processesCollaborating with Creative and Production teams on worship-related digital content
