Worship, Prayer, and Production Vision
At Christ Church Peckham, we're building a culture of 24/7 prayer and worship. This team plays a vital role in creating space for the Holy Spirit to move and lead our Church into God's presence.
DISCIPLESHIP
Discipleship around Worship: Our aim to grow in our personal devotional lives, understanding the theology of worship, and allowing Scripture to shape how we lead others into God's presence.
Prayer rooms: We are building an environment where team members pray and worship together, know each other, and experience God collectively. Relationship is key for sustainable 24/7 prayer and worship to grow. Therefore, there will be an emphasis on building relationships in the prayer rooms this year.
Growth in music and production: Excellence honours God, so we will pursue growth in our musical and production abilities not for applause, but to remove every barrier between the congregation and an encounter with God. As we sharpen our craft, we sharpen our offering.
HOW?
Last Thursday of the month we'll meet at Church to worship together and talk about a topic related to our growth as a team.
Every quarter we will do a workshop on an area of Worship, Production or Prayer.
DISCIPLESHIP CHECK LIST

SERVING WITH HUMILITY
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…" – Colossians 3:23–24
Worship is first and foremost an offering to Jesus. As a team, we steward the spiritual atmosphere of the room - helping the congregation encounter God with freedom, safety and joy. We don't serve for platform, recognition or preference - we serve to glorify Him, uplift His people and build His Church.
In our team, humility looks like:
Serving the song, not ourselves - choosing what helps the room encounter God
Staying teachable - receiving feedback with openness and a growth mindset
Protecting unity - forgiving quickly and celebrating others wholeheartedly
Living it off the altar - honouring our covenants and carrying the same heart in private as in public

We're so excited that you're serving on the Production Team!
Our vision for the Production Team, i.e. Sound and Visuals, remains: Equip, Empower and Expand. Equip the team to zealously lead worship from the production desk and beyond; Empower the team to serve God with excellence, and as the team is equipped and empowered, the ministry will expand!
At Christ Church Peckham, our vision is to have 24/7 prayer and worship. Production plays a vital role in partnering with worship to create space for the Holy Spirit to minister to the church. As a team, our heart is to serve and be a tool that helps people to encounter God through what they see and hear. The team bore fruit from a heart of service, and so we desire to maintain the 5 core values of CCP, highlighting humility: to lay down our lives for one another like Christ did for us.
SERVING WITH HEART
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…" – Colossians 3:23–24
Production is an offering to Jesus. We serve with heart - living with courage, compassion and honesty, serving with excellence and approaching every challenge with grace and truth. From behind the scenes, we steward the atmosphere through sound and visuals, helping create space for people to encounter God. We serve to glorify Him, support His people and build His Church.

Applies to all Prayer, Production & Worship Teams
As we serve on Sundays and at church gatherings, we want to steward the platform well and help create an environment where people can encounter God without distraction.
This guidance simply helps ensure that when we are leading or serving from the front, we dress in a way that is appropriate, modest and practical for the role we are carrying. We also want everyone to feel comfortable and free to worship without being hindered by what they are wearing.
Our aim is not uniformity, but wisdom, honour and serving the room well.
The motto we adopt is:
SIMPLE
Clothing with distracting images, graphics or wording should be avoided.
Solid colours are generally best over busy prints, as they are less distracting – especially on stage and during livestream.
MODEST
Think about how what you wear will appear on stage and on camera, as some fabrics (such as sheer or thin materials) can appear more revealing than others.
Please avoid clothing that is overly exposing, such as very short skirts, crop tops, or excessively tight clothing.
BE AUTHENTICALLY YOU
Wear clothes that allow you to move freely and worship comfortably.
We want you to feel like yourself on the platform – wearing something you feel confident and comfortable in while serving the room well.

Thank you for being a part of our Prayer Ministry Team!
Prayer sits at the heart of CCP's vision to be a church rooted in God's presence and built on 24/7 prayer and worship. As a Prayer Team you will be instrumental in helping to shape the spiritual atmosphere of our church.
We lead from our core values of Holiness and Hosting: coming before God with reverence, aligning our hearts with His Word, and intentionally creating space for others to encounter Him.
The purpose of any of our Prayer Nights are to strengthen and build up the church. Whether you are leading prayer, sharing scripture, or bringing encouragement, you are partnering with the Holy Spirit to stir faith, call people deeper, and make room for God to move.
OUR RHYTHMS
Wednesday Prayer Meeting – arrive at 12:30pm to help arrange the room and share what you are sensing with your co-prayer leader.
Friday Night Prayer Meeting – arrive at 6:30pm to help arrange the room and share what you are sensing with your co-prayer leader.
DURING THE MEETING
We come prepared and stay sensitive to the Lord's direction.
We are Spirit-Led and move as one, so that we can create space for God to move powerfully among us.
We mutually submit to one another, aligning prayers, scripture and songs to what God is highlighting. When we move together, faith rises and freedom increases.
We communicate clearly to protect the flow. Avoid back-to-back long prayers, make space for musical moments, and gently lead during extended sections to keep focus.
We end with intentional intercession - stirring the church to pray into key areas such as revival, the persecuted church and 24/7 Prayer and that Leaders are empowered with wisdom.
PREP CHECK LIST
☐ Pray & prepare your heart: what does God want to release? It could be a scripture, prophecy, picture and/or word of encouragement
☐ Connect with your co-prayer leader throughout the week, & attend the Wednesday online meeting in the week you are leading.
SIGNALS
Thumb (return signal) → Return to a previous song

Planning centre is what we use to rota everyone for all our prayer & worship meetings throughout the week.
HOW IT WORKS
Planning centre is where you're able to view your schedule, block out dates you can't do and view the set lists.
Blocking out the dates you aren't around to serve is so important. Just click Add Blockouts on the calendar. It really helps us do the rota so we don't get as many declines!
You'll also get invites to any of our activities like team nights and workshops.
SET LISTS
We have a loose song pool of songs that we typically do on Sundays. You can listen on Planning Center.
The Set List for the upcoming Sunday will be uploaded on Planning Center by the end of the day on Tuesday.
You will be able to find the songs with the keys, lyrics and the chord charts, once you click in each song.
